The Data Controller (hereinafter “Level Up” or the “Data Controller”) collects personal data and determines the methods and means by which it is processed. The Data Controller also authorizes its employees, collaborators and service providers to process your personal data, providing them with instructions on how to process such data in accordance with the applicable regulations and the agreements in place.

2. TRACKING: TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND PROCESSING METHODS

The cookie tracking section of the website has been developed using the dedicated service provided by Wix.com, Inc., which initially tracks your cookies.

TECHNICAL COOKIES:
These are automatically stored on the browsing device because they are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website.
The legal basis is the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in transmitting communications over electronic networks and fulfilling the contractual obligation to provide the service requested by the user.

By using these links, the user leaves the Data Controller’s website, and personal information may therefore be collected by or transmitted to third parties.
Level Up has no control over third-party websites and provides no guarantees regarding the data protection procedures they use. We encourage users to read and review the privacy policies of all websites they may interact with before authorizing them to collect, process and use their personal data.
3.1. YOUTUBE
This website uses YouTube integration features provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you interact with a YouTube video, the system stores information relating to the video viewed and links it to your YouTube user profile, if you are logged in.
This information may be processed by YouTube for advertising purposes, market research and/or to design its website to better meet users’ needs. This information may be processed in accordance with YouTube’s privacy policy.
3.2. GOOGLE MAPS
This website uses Google Maps integration features provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you interact with a Google Maps map within our website, Google stores information relating to the user and links it to their Google user profile, if they are logged in.
This information may be processed by Google for the purposes set out in Google’s privacy policy.
3.3. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM
This website uses Facebook and Instagram plug-ins to allow content from our website to be shared through the social networks provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
